Laura Maroldo is the Chief Physician Assistant at West Midtown Medical Group.   She was born and raised in Long Island, NY.  She graduated from Touro University in 1994 and has been with West Midtown Medical Group since its inception.   Her clinical career has focused on Addiction Medicine and HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C in individuals who use drugs.  She is a certified HIV specialist (AAHIVS).

Laura has held a number of positions within industry leading medical affairs and US field medical teams focusing on HCV and HIV/AIDS.  She has had numerous papers presented at national and international conferences as well as published in notable journals.  The majority of her research has focused on HIV drug resistance and management. 

Outside of work, Laura enjoys boating on Long Island, traveling and spending time with her family.
